Brand and Sales Management

  • Manage 360 wholesale operations for assigned brands - from order management and showroom appointments to after-sales coordination.
  • Act as the key point of contact between brands, retailers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Support strategic planning and growth initiatives to expand brand presence across global markets.
Sales Strategy and Performance
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies in collaboration with brand partners to achieve seasonal and annual targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Present collections and brand stories during showroom appointments, trade shows, and seasonal market events.
Professional Network
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international retail partners.
  • Leverage existing industry contacts to bring new retailers and opportunities into the Paper Mache Tiger network.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring partners are supported throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
Operations and Reporting
  • Oversee order entry, tracking, and delivery timelines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for brand partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management, wholesale, or brand management within the fashion, lifestyle, or design industry.
  • Strong understanding of international retail landscapes and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and commercially driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to four times per year.
  • Right to work in the UK.
