Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Technical Sales Associate. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in sales, technology solutions, and business management while pursuing a Chartered Business Management Degree at The University of Reading Henley Business School. The position offers a unique blend of on-the-job training and academic development, preparing you for a successful technical sales career at WWT.,

• Participate in 4-6 months of classroom-led training to gain in-depth knowledge of WWT, including:
• Learning to present the WWT corporate overview and WWT key differentiators
• Understanding WWT's diverse technology solutions and how these can solve customers most complex technology problems
• Familiarizing yourself with WWT's go-to-market strategy
• Engage in WWT's book club to enhance knowledge and critical thinking skills.
• Immers e yourself in WWT culture and how it is embedded in everything we do by learning and practicing our core values.
• Research the latest technology developments and how these impact customer accounts.
• Participate in online training via Amplify to complement classroom-based learning.
• Develop and refine sales techniques through structured learning and practice.
• Complete rotational assignments across WWT's business units to gain hands-on experience and understanding of the full sales lifecycle.
  
  Minimum qualifications:
  
  A-level grades ABB or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interest in technology, sales, and business management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
