As we continue to grow, we’re looking for confident, driven individuals to join our busy sales team and take the next step in their career.
The RoleThis is an exciting phone-based B2B sales role, perfect for someone with call centre or telesales experience who’s ready to develop as a broker. You’ll be advising business customers, identifying their needs, and helping them secure better deals through our network of trusted suppliers. Full training provided for motivated candidates looking to build a career in consultancy.
Requirements- Make outbound calls to new and existing business leads, including web enquiries and warm leads
- Understand client needs and offer tailored utility solutions across energy, telecoms, payments, waste, and water
- Prepare quotes and negotiate competitive rates with suppliers
- Manage ongoing client relationships and renewals
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- 1+ years of experience in Industry experience energy, payments, telecoms, waste or the water industry.
- Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
- Organised, motivated, and goal-driven
- Ambition to progress into a broker or senior sales position
- £24,000–£28,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission – top earners taking home £60k+
