Our client is a bespoke property company specialising in helping both UK and international clients buy and sell property across London. With a highly personalised and unique approach, they pride themselves on delivering an exceptional service tailored to each client.

The opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, personable and keen to develop their career within the London property sector.

Duties would include:
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of the sales process.
  • Managing incoming enquiries from UK and international clients via phone, email and other channels.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and property records.
  • Preparing sales documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Arranging and coordinating property viewings and appointments.
  • Liaising with clients, buyers, sellers, agents, solicitors and other property professionals.
  • Following up with prospective clients and assisting the sales team with lead management.
  • Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales pipeline information.
  • Assisting with property listings, ensuring details, photographs and marketing materials are accurate.
  • Supporting the preparation of offers and assisting with the sales progression process.
  • Managing diaries, meetings and general correspondence.
  • Handling confidential client information professionally and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Assisting with general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Computer literature
    - Able to use Word, Excel, Outlook, basic web tools
  • Able to coordinate people with locations, keys, times & dates over the phone.
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good/Friendly Telephone manner
  • Team player
  • Must have an interest in property
  • Experience with Rightmove would be a positive
