The Sales Manager will be polished and target driven always working proactively and looking to develop the team, motivating them to always achieve to their full potential.

Duties
  • Lead, manage and motivate the residential sales team.
  • Set and monitor individual and branch sales targets.
  • Drive new business and secure new property instructions.
  • Conduct market appraisals and property valuations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible results for clients.
  • Oversee and progress sales from offer through to completion.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Train and develop negotiators to improve their sales performance.
  • Manage daily branch activity, including leads, viewings and enquiries.
  • Develop strategies to increase instructions, market share and revenue.
  • Monitor local property market trends and competitor activity.
  • Handle complex negotiations, complaints and challenging situations.
  • Ensure properties are marketed effectively across relevant platforms.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
  • Analyse sales figures and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Recruit and support new team members where required.
