As a Resident Engagement and Service Improvement Officer in London, you'll work within the sector to strengthen relationships with residents and enhance the quality of services provided.

Description

Engage with residents to understand their needs and priorities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
Facilitate resident meetings and consultations to gather feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to address resident concerns effectively.
Monitor and report on the progress of service improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and feedback.
Support community events and activities to foster stronger relationships.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Profile

A successful Resident Engagement and Service Improvement Officer should have:

A solid understanding of the property industry and resident engagement practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing and resolving customer or resident concerns.
Ability to develop and implement service improvement plans.
Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting.
A proactive and organised approach to tasks.
Knowledge of relevant regulations within the property sector.

Job Offer

Salary of £45,000 - £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
27 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days for long service.
