Events Sales Specialist
Location: Central London / City Salary: £36,000+ with Quarterly Commission Scheme Contract: Full Time, 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri Hybrid: Up to 1 day/week from home

Are you a commercially driven events sales professional who thrives on building client relationships and converting opportunities into bookings?
Our client is a leading premium flexible workspace and events business, creating exceptional spaces for businesses to meet and connect across London. As their events business grows, we're looking for an ambitious Events Sales Specialist to drive revenue and deliver outstanding client experiences working as part of a partnership between Off To Work and our client.
You'll own the full client journey: converting qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings, showcasing event spaces, preparing tailored proposals, and negotiating deals that maximise revenue and satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage inbound enquiries and qualify opportunities
- Conduct venue tours and client meetings
- Create proposals and quotations; negotiate and close bookings
- Maximise revenue through upselling and repeat/referral business
- Own the sales pipeline and act as main client point of contact through to handover
