Are you a proven sales leader with a passion for driving performance and building high-performing teams? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a new business sales team, combining hands-on leadership with personal revenue generation.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruit, coach, and develop ambitious sales professionals
Drive team revenue, KPIs, and outbound activity performance
Lead from the front by delivering against your own sales targets
Conduct coaching, 1-2-1s, and performance reviews
Improve sales processes and identify new business opportunities
Support complex negotiations and high-value client relationships
Create a motivated, accountable, and high-energy sales culture
What We're Looking For

Proven sales leadership experience
Strong background in new business sales, lead generation, and outbound activity
A player-manager who can lead while personally billing
Track record of exceeding revenue targets
Exceptional coaching and people development skills
Commercially minded with strong closing ability

Experience with in events, hospitality, sport, or similar sectors is advantageous
