This six-month contract is an opportunity to support the client experience at Soane Britain's newly refurbished Pimlico Road Showroom, reopening in January 2027.

As the first point of welcome for clients and guests, you will create a warm, polished and memorable experience while supporting the Client Experience Coordinator in maintaining the presentation and smooth day-to-day running of the showroom.

Reporting to the Client Engagement Manager, you will welcome clients, designers and guests, provide thoughtful hospitality and support the Client Experience Coordinator in maintaining the presentation and smooth day-to-day running of the Pimlico Road Showroom.

You will ensure clients are connected quickly and seamlessly with the right member of the team and help maintain a calm, organised and welcoming environment throughout the day.

We are looking for a warm, confident and highly polished individual who enjoys meeting people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and understands the importance of discretion, judgement and attention to detail in a luxury environment.

This is a six-month, showroom-based contract and requires flexibility to support the needs of the business. Saturday working will form part of the contracted working pattern, alongside flexibility to support key trading periods, showroom events and the initial reopening period.

• Act as the first point of welcome for clients, designers and guests, creating a warm, polished and attentive arrival experience.
• Understand the purpose of each visit and connect clients seamlessly with the appropriate member of the Showroom or Client Development team.
• Provide thoughtful hospitality during client visits, appointments and events, representing Soane with discretion and professionalism.
• Support the Client Experience Coordinator in maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards across client-facing areas.

• Maintain awareness of daily appointments, visitors and showroom activity, helping to ensure a smooth and organised client journey.
• Support the preparation of meeting areas, client appointments, samples, literature and hospitality requirements as needed.
• Support the Showroom team during busy periods, events, launches and periods of increased client activity.
• Identify and communicate any practical issues affecting the client experience or presentation of the Showroom.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role within luxury retail, hospitality, interiors or a similarly high-service environment desirable.
• A natural host with a warm, confident and professional manner and a genuine enjoyment of meeting and looking after people.
• Excellent personal presentation and an understanding of the standards expected within a luxury environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with clients, designers, and guests.
• Organised and dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm during busy periods.
• A proactive and hands-on approach, with a willingness to support the wider Showroom team wherever required.
• Good judgement and discretion, particularly when working with high-profile clients and confidential information.
• A passion for design, craftsmanship, interiors and exceptional client experiences.
