My client are a fully bootstrapped Prediction Market startup that’s grown to now doing $6M in volume per day after only launching in January this year.

They’re looking for a Business Development Lead to own end to end sales across 3 main areas.

• Front-end distribution:
  Get wallets, trading front-ends and fund custodians to route users and volume onto the venue.
• Trading desks:
  Own and grow relationships with market makers, prop shops, sports bettors and top individual traders.
• Institutional and OTC:
  Bring institutions into prediction markets through bespoke block trades, working with product and legal to close them.

• Background: 1-2+ years in tier-one banking or consulting, or 2+ years in BD/sales, with some crypto knowledge (Hyperliquid, tokenomics) and a network across web2 and web

• Skills:
  
  Knows the prediction market landscape and order books, can structure incentives and deals end-to-end, and writes clearly and fast.
• Working style:
  Highly organised, CRM-disciplined and responsive, follows up after every call and keeps leadership updated on priorities and blockers.
• Fit:
  Polite but an extrovert, comfortable with long hours and startup pace.
• Bonus:
  
  Existing Hyperliquid, quant, exchange or prediction market relationships.
