And we are on the hunt for a Loss Prevention Supervisor to do just that. Maintaining the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, associates and assets stay at top-of-mind in this critical role. This job is all how about how you react, or just as important, don’t react, in strenuating circumstances. It’s about staying a step (or five) ahead of potential situations, identifying them and managing them with professionalism, reasonable thinking and in accordance with our policies.

• Maintain the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, associates, and assets.
• Identify potential security situations and stay a step ahead of them.
• Manage identified situations with professionalism, reasonable thinking and according to the company’s policies.
• Operate effectively as part of a 24‑hour security operation.

• Passionate about safety and security with similar work experience.
• A post‑secondary diploma, degree or industry‑related certifications would be a plus.
• Experience in safety and security operations.
• Team player and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
