We are looking for an experienced Security Controller to join a leading digital technology organisation, supporting the delivery of secure, compliant services across complex UK government and regulated environments.

This is a senior security role where you'll play a key part in embedding strong personnel and physical security practices across the organisation. You'll work closely with central security functions, delivery teams, people teams and senior stakeholders to ensure security policies, procedures and controls are implemented effectively.

You'll have the opportunity to shape security culture, manage security initiatives and ensure the organisation remains compliant with UK Government security requirements.
