Corporate Event Security Officers

We are recruiting professional and customer-focused SIA Door Supervisor Licensed Security Officers to support a range of high-profile corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies and VIP functions across London and the surrounding areas.

Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional standards of professionalism, presentation, communication and customer service, ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment for clients, guests and event attendees.

This is not a traditional door supervision role. We are seeking individuals who understand that effective security is delivered through professionalism, discretion, attention to detail and outstanding customer service. You will represent both our company and our clients at prestigious events where first impressions matter and standards are exceptionally high.

The Role

Working alongside event organisers, venue teams and corporate stakeholders, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for guests, delegates, executives and VIP attendees.

· Providing a visible and professional security presence.

· Managing guest arrivals and accreditation processes.

· Conducting access control and credential verification.

· Supporting event organisers and venue management teams.

· Monitoring event spaces and identifying potential security concerns.

· Assisting with crowd management in a courteous and professional manner.

· Responding appropriately to incidents, emergencies or disruptions.

· Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

· Maintaining accurate records and incident reports where required.

· Representing both our company and our clients to the highest standards.

Essential Requirements

· Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.

· Right to work in the UK.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Professional appearance and attitude.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

· Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to working hours.

· Ability to work in high-profile corporate environments.

· Ability to successfully complete client vetting and screening requirements.

· Corporate security.

· Corporate events and conferences.

· Luxury hospitality.

· Concierge services.

· Hotel security.

· Exhibition and trade show security.

· VIP and executive environments.

· Customer-facing security roles.

A valid First Aid qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Screening & Vetting Requirements

Due to the nature of our clients and the environments in which we operate, successful applicants will be required to complete security screening and vetting checks.

· Verification of identity and Right to Work in the UK.

· Verification of SIA licence status.

· A continuous five-year employment, education and activity history.

· Employment and character reference checks.

· Address history verification.

· Criminality checks where applicable.

· Additional client-specific compliance requirements.
