Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, Service & Maintenance:
  Work on a variety of systems, including:

  • Fire Alarms (conventional & addressable)

  • CCTV Systems (IP & analogue)

  • Intruder Alarms

  • Access Control Systems

• Fault Finding & Repairs:
  Identify and resolve system faults quickly and efficiently.

• Customer Interaction:
  Represent the business with professionalism, providing clear updates to customers and building long-term relationships.

• Compliance:
  Ensure all work complies with current standards, industry best practices, and health & safety regulations.

• Documentation & Reporting:
  Complete service reports, risk assessments, and other necessary documentation accurately and promptly.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:
  
  A proven background in fire and security installation, servicing, and maintenance.

• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong fault-finding ability and familiarity with leading fire & security brands.

• Certifications (preferred but not essential): FIA Units, NSI, ECS Card, or equivalent.

• Driving License:
  Full UK driving license essential.

• Professionalism:
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Initiative:
  Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.

• Team Player:
  Able to collaborate with colleagues and work independently when required.

• Knowledge of Regulations:
  Good understanding of BS5839, BS7671, NSI, and other relevant standards.

Location Coverage:
You will primarily cover London and surrounding areas, with occasional travel as required. All travel is compensated with door-to-door pay.
