INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Residential project (houses)

Job Location – Co. Laois

Salary – €55K - €65K + package

* Negotiable for the right candidate! *

Property developer based in North Leinster who specialise in delivering high standard of residential developments including houses, apartments and student accommodation. Projects range in value from €5M to €100M.

Require a strong finishing Foreman for a housing development in Laois with 6-7 years of work ahead. Starting out looking after all first and second fix on 100+ units. Next phase is 200+ with a further 500+ in planning.

• Report to Project Manager and Site Manager.
• Liaise with and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Oversee the procurement of materials required for the successful delivery of the project.
• Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
• Manage a team of trades from first fix to handover.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site/ Finishing Foreman with a main contractor.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Proven record of working on high volume residential projects.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
