Overview

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multitrader to join our team, specialising in high-end luxury residential properties across London. This role requires a broad skill set, including carpentry, plumbing, and general handyman tasks, making you the go-to professional for maintaining and enhancing these exclusive properties.

As a Multitrader, you will handle a variety of tasks to support the upkeep, repair, and improvement of luxury residential locations. From carpentry and plumbing to general handyman duties, you will ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

• Carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and general handyman work.
• Complete snagging tasks and finish repairs to ensure all properties meet luxury standards.
• Address reactive maintenance issues swiftly and effectively.
• Conduct basic electrical work (if qualified) and general DIY tasks as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials efficiently to ensure timely job completion.
• Liaise with property managers and residents in a professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.

• Competitive daily rate of £250 - £260, based on experience and skills.
• Flexible contract arrangements.

• Proven experience in a Multitrader or similar role, working on high-end residential properties.
• Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, and general handyman tasks.
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
