Location: Richmond - must be willing to service printers at various client sites in and around the Richmond area

We are seeking a skilled Printer Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on‑site support and maintenance for a variety of printers, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Salary: £35000 - £42000 per annum depending on experience
• 40 days of annual leave
• Untaken annual leave will automatically roll over to the following year.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and related equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on printers
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records

• 4+ years experience as a Printer Field Service Technician or similar role
• Proven Field experience is essential
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of printer hardware and software
• Basic Networking knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Cloud print software management experience
• Document Management software experience (eg: Uniflow) would be an advantage
• Must have valid driver license and own vehicle

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in printer repair or related field is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in printer maintenance
