Plumber (Remedial) – Greater London

£35,000-£40,000 + Van + Benefits

A growing Building Services Consultancy is looking to strengthen their London team by recruiting an experienced Plumber to support a portfolio of high-profile commercial clients across the Greater London region. Additional sites may include retail developments, high-rise properties, and healthcare facilities.

Experience summary

* Proven experience operating as a plumber with specific knowledge working on commercial sites carrying out PPM, reactive and install/upgrades

* Possess industry-recognised credentials, including

* NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing and Heating

* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (6189-34)

* NVQ Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (9189)

* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating

* Full UK driving licence holder with flexibility to travel across Greater London.

* Familiarity with water hygiene responsibilities is an added advantage.

The Plumber will be responsible for a range of duties to include:

* Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks on commercial sites, including the removal of deadlegs, installation of sampling points, pipe modifications, and repair or replacement of damaged pipes and taps, as well as routine maintenance duties.

* Keeping site documentation up to date in accordance with project schedules, using tablets or PDAs for digital record-keeping.

* Performing selected water hygiene duties such as mains system disinfections, TMV servicing, and routine monitoring.

* Providing clients with guidance and recommendations for any additional work required.
