Location: City of Westminster
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile, innovative trial focused on successfully transitioning young adults who are not working due to health into their next steps. The initiative is funded by the Shaw Trust Foundation. You will play a key role in evidencing how best to prepare young adults for their future, exploring employment options and improving access to mainstream support services.
This is a highly visible project: the findings will be shared with a senior external advisory group, including expected representation from the Department for Work and Pensions, Mayoral Combined Authorities, and Local Authorities.
As a Senior Young Adult Pathways and Progression Specialist, you will lead a small team of Pathways and Progression Specialists. You will combine management responsibilities with hands‑on work, supporting a small caseload of young people.
This is a community-based role where you will collaborate closely with service providers, employers and local partners to create integrated pathways that transform lives. You will provide mentoring, training and supervision to your team, while modelling best practice in client support.
