About the Role
As a Children's Social Worker, you will play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting children, young people, and families across Enfield. You will work within a supportive and collaborative environment where your expertise and commitment will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a varied caseload involving children and families

* Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews

* Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to safeguard children

* Build strong relationships with children, families, and carers

* Ensure all case recording and reports are completed to a high standard

* Promote positive outcomes and long-term stability for children and young people

Requirements

* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration

* Minimum 3 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) within Children Services

* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and statutory guidance

* Excellent communication and assessment skills

* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced local authority setting
