Location: City Of London
Adecco are seeking an experienced and motivated Employment Specialist to join the Connect to Work programme, supporting adults facing barriers to employment to achieve positive, long-term outcomes. You will deliver trauma‑informed, person‑centred employability support in community settings, building relationships with employers and partners to create pathways into work.
The role covers outreach across the London boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth, with flexible hybrid working and an ASAP start.
