Voyage Care in Wembley is seeking genuinely caring Support Workers to help people gain independence through daily living activities, community access and meaningful day-to-day engagement.
You will work with a fantastic group of people in a supportive team, following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice. Full UK driving licence is preferred; DBS checks and references are required.
