Location: City of Westminster
Westminster City Council is seeking a Family Navigator to join our Family Hub team in London. You will engage families who may not visit the Hub, arranging home visits and school visits, and work closely with GPs and multi-agency professionals to coordinate support.
You will use a Whole Family approach to assess needs, plan with partners, and ensure safeguarding. Strong English, interpersonal skills, and IT literacy are essential.
