PROJECT WORKER - WESTMINSTER
Location: Westminster - working across 8 properties
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Weekend: 1 weekend per month on a rota
Contract: 2-month minimum assignment with potential for extension
Caseload: Around 10 clients

2019re recruiting for a Project Worker to support clients who have moved on from 24-hour hostel services into semi-independent accommodation

2019ll work across 8 properties in Westminster
, providing practical and emotional support to clients as they develop their independence, maintain their accommodation and move towards greater stability.
- Manage a caseload of around 10 clients.
- Provide regular 1-2-1 support and practical assistance.
- Support clients with independent living skills and maintaining their accommodation.
- Assist with housing, benefits, health, substance misuse and other support needs.
- Liaise with external agencies and partner organisations.
- Complete support plans, risk assessments and case notes.
- Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
- Work across 8 buildings, so being comfortable walking between locations is essential
.
- Previous experience working with homeless clients, rough sleepers or vulnerable adults
. - Experience with in supported housing, hostels or similar services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident managing a caseload independently.
- Comfortable working across multiple locations and being on your feet throughout the day.
- Person-centred, proactive and able to build positive relationships with clients.
