This role will suit someone who enjoys working across organisational boundaries, is confident navigating complex systems and can identify practical solutions that improve how services work together.
You'll be motivated by making things better for victims and witnesses and will thrive in an environment where collaboration, initiative and influence are essential.
You'll bring:
- Experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships across organisations and sectors.
- Experience leading or coordinating multi-agency projects, programmes or service improvement activity.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership and drive work forward with confidence.
- A positive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to turn challenges into practical improvements.
- Strong communication, facilitation and relationship management skills.
- An understanding of victim services, criminal justice, safeguarding, health, local government or related sectors.
- A commitment to trauma-informed, victim-centred and inclusive practice.
Knowledge of the London victim services landscape, referral pathways and MOPAC-commissioned services would be an advantage.
