Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker looking for your next locum opportunity in London?
3D Recruit is currently recruiting for a Qualified Adult Social Worker to join a local authority team, offering a competitive rate of £30–£32 per hour.
The Role- Completing Care Act assessments, reviews and support planning
- Managing complex cases and developing person-centred support plans
- Undertaking Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions
- Conducting safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014
- Coordinating complex discharge planning and community support
- Working closely with health professionals and multidisciplinary teams
- Promoting independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes for adults
- Maintaining accurate case records and producing high-quality reports
- Providing professional support and guidance to less experienced colleagues
- Ensuring statutory duties are delivered in line with legislation and local authority procedures
- Social Work degree or equivalent qualification
- Current Social Work England (SWE) registration
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualifying experience
- Strong knowledge of UK adult social care legislation and practice
- Experience managing complex adult social care cases
- Right to work in the UK
