Langley Trust in London is seeking a compassionate Residential Intervention Worker on a permanent basis. You will undertake client induction, deliver or co-lead interventions, and support individuals with complex needs toward independence and community reintegration.
You will work 37.5 hours across three 12.5-hour shifts, including weekends and on-call rota, with safeguarding duties, risk management, and liaison with probation and other agencies. DBS check required.
