Casual Lettings Officer

This casual community lettings assistant post at Lift Aylward handles bookings for school facilities used by community groups and other organisations outside normal school hours. The work covers running lettings in evenings, weekends and school holidays, with customers served well and facilities left clean, secure and ready for the next use. The role is largely unsupervised, so initiative and organisation matter as much as customer care.

• Manage bookings and ensure lettings run smoothly in evenings, weekends and school holidays
• Help ensure school facilities are used safely and effectively by community groups and other organisations
• Deliver a friendly, professional service to clients, visitors and stakeholders
• Work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative
• Make sure facilities are left clean, secure and ready for the next use
• Respond to issues and queries during lettings and escalation where appropriate
