Marlborough Primary School is seeking a Family Welfare Lead for a one-year fixed-term post. The role focuses on building relationships with parents and carers, identifying barriers to attendance, wellbeing and learning, and supporting pupils throughout the year.
The post is full-time (36 hours a week, 52 weeks) and may become permanent. Enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK are required, with safeguarding training provided.
