Quant Developer - Hedge Fund

An Multi Strat Hedge Fund is looking to hire a Quantitative Developer to help build and maintain the software systems that support trading‑signal research. The team uses data‑driven, scientific methods across global markets, and this role sits at the intersection of technology and business teams.

• Develop and maintain Python and C++ tools that support quantitative research and signal generation.
• Work closely with researchers and traders to understand needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Handle ingestion and processing of large datasets.
• Implement algorithms and models, including statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Use high‑performance computing and distributed systems to ensure applications are scalable and efficient.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing systems and tools.

• 5+ years of experience solving complex problems through software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
• Interest in technology, software engineering, and mathematical problem‑solving.
• Experience in one or more areas: distributed computing, machine learning, platform development, system design, or web development.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and work independently.
