Job Overview

Senior Software Engineer – Mobile (iOS), London, Salary £76,760 - £95,950, Full time, Hybrid working (at least 2 days/week or 40% in office).

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll partner with a cross‑functional team to design, build and ship small, high‑quality features, using strong iOS engineering skills to deliver innovative, customer‑facing experiences. You’ll sweat the details, spot opportunities to add extra value for users, keep the app fast and reliable by fixing bugs and continuously improving performance. You’re an exceptional mobile developer with a focus on iOS, constantly seeking better ways to do things and design interactions.

You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers and other engineering team members, owning features from conception through to production.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience building apps with Swift, Swift

    UI, UIKit, Swift Concurrency
  • Shipped one or more apps to the App Store
  • Experience writing unit, integration, and UI tests
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming
  • Interest in fast‑paced startup environments, ideally in fintech or payments
  • Transferable or relevant experience is welcomed
