In this role, you will work hands‑on with clients across industries to bring their digital ambitions to life. You will develop software products and services from the ground up while coaching and mentoring client teams on engineering best practices, user‑centric design, and Agile values. By co‑creating with clients and their leadership, you’ll help build not only cutting‑edge products but also the technical capabilities and cultures needed to sustain them.

You will participate in cross‑functional problem‑solving sessions with client leaders, shape their digital strategies, and deliver solutions that go beyond the product itself. • Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5+ years of experience developing full‑stack applications by writing code that is readable, testable, maintainable, and scalable.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with other developers, as well as technical and non‑technical people within software teams.
• Hands‑on experience and willingness to learn across frontend (Type Script, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind), backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET), and databases (SQL, No
