This role suits a senior software engineer who thrives in client‑facing delivery, combines deep product expertise with hands‑on engineering, and can own complex client implementations end‑to‑end.

• Own technical design and delivery of client work streams end-to-end; scoping, sequencing, and building the harder pieces yourself
• Translate client business problems into platform structures; debug across the full stack and pinpoint root causes
• Work on cutting edge solutions
• Build and configure client data pipelines, integrations, queries, workflows, and config‑driven deployments
• Mentor engineers and graduates; set quality and engineering standards through code review and design guidance

• Senior Software Engineering experience – C# / Python / SQL
• Strong technical depth in C# and full‑stack debugging across distributed systems
• Domain knowledge of investment operations, asset management workflows, or financial data platforms
• Comfortable with configuration‑driven platforms; experience with data integration, ETL, and workflow orchestration
• Strong communication skills; ability to hold technical conversations with senior client stakeholders
• Experience mentoring engineers and embedding quality standards in delivery teams
