Software Developer

Location: Hybrid – the role is based in High Holborn, London with some homeworking

Salary: £32,200 to £36,328 per annum plus benefits

Contract: Permanent, Full time (flexible hours)

Start: As soon as possible

We are looking for a Software Developer for Azure technologies to join our dynamic data systems team. This role will contribute to an agile development of a greenfield Azure-native portal platform called Clinical Audit Management Portal and support other projects within the Insights Programme. You will develop, maintain high‑quality backend services and APIs, provide infrastructure support, and work closely with solution partners, product owners, and subject‑matter experts.

About us: The Intensive Care National Audit & Research Centre (ICNARC) is an independent, scientific, not‑for‑profit organisation that uses accurate data to improve the quality of critical care through audit, research and education.

What you’ll need to succeed: Experience in software development environments, strong technical skills, affinity for cloud‑based technologies, excellent attention to detail, proactive attitude, enthusiasm for Azure services and Dev Ops practices, and effective communication skills.
