As a Senior Software Engineer within our Salesforce Loyalty Cloud team, you'll play a key role in designing, building and supporting enterprise-grade solutions that power customer engagement, rewards and personalised experiences for millions of customers.

Working in empowered, cross-functional teams, you'll bring deep Salesforce expertise, strong engineering standards and a passion for delivering scalable, secure and reliable solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands‑on Salesforce development experience, particularly within Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, who thrives in a modern, product‑led engineering environment.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Design, build and maintain scalable solutions across Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and the wider Salesforce Platform, using Apex, Flows, DPE and declarative configurations.
  • Lead the development of customer loyalty capabilities, including member lifecycle management, promotions, rewards processing and personalised customer experiences.
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems through REST APIs, Platform Events and event‑driven architectures, ensuring robust and reliable data flows.
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into high‑quality technical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Champion engineering excellence by driving code quality, operational stability, observability, continuous improvement and best practice across the team.
Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Strong experience developing solutions on the Salesforce Platform, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Flows and Batch Management.
  • Practical experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Loyalty Cloud/Loyalty Management solutions.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and modern integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, governor limits and engineering best practices.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments and using CI/CD tools, such as Git Hub Actions, to support modern software development practices.
