Data Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid) with occasional client travel

Salary: Up to £60,000

We're recruiting for a
Data Engineer to join a growing consultancy, delivering production-grade data platforms for some of the UK's leading organisations.

This is a client-facing role where you'll design and build scalable cloud-based data solutions, working with modern technologies including
AWS, Databricks and Agentic AI

• Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms.
• Develop robust data architectures and support the full software development lifecycle.
• Build tooling for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration and data quality.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Explore and apply emerging technologies, including
  Agentic AI
  , to improve data engineering processes.

You'll have:

• 2-4 years' experience in
  Data Engineering
  .
• Strong skills in
  Python, SQL and DBT
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  AWS and/or Databricks
  .
• Knowledge of AWS services including
  S3, Lambda, Glue, RDS and DynamoDB
  .
• Experience with
  Terraform or AWS CDK
  , Git and modern development practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for emerging technologies, particularly
  Agentic AI
  , and a customer-focused approach.
