ServiceNow Integration Admin Developer

The IT Service Management Office team has a great opportunity for a high energy Service Now Software Engineer who is passionate about being a part of a high performing team that builds, maintains and develops software integrations that enable IT Service Management practices to drive great user and stakeholder experiences and productivity. This is a highly collaborative role, where you will assist in leading the work across the ITSM organization and the larger technology enterprise to improve existing practices and define and implement new and emerging ITSM strategies and solutions.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, cross group collaboration and a drive to offer solutions to benefit the company as a whole. As a Service Now Integration Admin Developer you will apply your extensive knowledge of Service Now to integrate applications to Service Now to deliver enterprise-wide business processes to our organization. The ideal candidate is a master of Service Now development and administration.

This candidate possesses the skills and essential knowledge necessary to design and build integrations with business services as part of an agile development team. Working across the platform, this role delivers new functionality and innovative solutions, and is a lead contributor to building integrations to the Service Now platform that will drive consolidation of processes into Service Now. The Service Now Integration Admin Developer is part of a larger team delivering IT Service Management practice governance and solutions to address and meet requirements of the larger organization, including industry specific audit requirements.

Focus on translating specific business requirements into technically enhanced and executable processes that are ITIL based. You will get an opportunity to work closely with data and partner with internal teams as well as core business applications to continually drive feature and capability improvements. • Analyze business needs, identify integration points between Service Now and other systems, and design integration architectures using appropriate integration patterns
• Develop systems integrations and process automation with external system REST APIs
• Perform integrations and process automation using Service Now Integration Hub
• Assist with design, creation and cataloging of business process flows
• Work with product owners/stakeholders to design scalable solutions that meet business requirements and can be easily maintained
• Handle Incidents per published SLAs, ensuring system stability by maintaining required maintenance tasks, and address any system issues with integrations that impact SLAs or platform health
• Update and maintain existing integrations to reflect changing business requirements or system updates
• Document and maintain functional business requirements, technical solutions, process flows and business use cases and provide training in knowledge gaps
• Driving continual service improvement through establishment of best practices, reusable assets and refinement of the implementation processes

• 2-3+ years of Service Now development experience to include designing, creating and configuring integrations.
• Experience configuring core Service Now modules in an enterprise environment including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
• Experience with Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops  and CI/CD implementation.
