18 Tonne Driver HIAB Crane

Role Purpose

To safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers using an 18-tonne vehicle equipped with a HIAB crane. Ensure compliance with transport regulations, maintain vehicle condition, and provide excellent customer service.

• Operate an 18-tonne vehicle with HIAB crane in accordance with safety and legal standards.
• Load and unload goods using the HIAB crane, ensuring secure and safe handling.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and signed by customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the vehicle.
• Follow planned delivery routes and schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Comply with company policies and transport regulations.

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence.
• HIAB crane certification and experience.
• Good understanding of transport and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

• On-time delivery rate (target: ≥ 95%).
• Customer satisfaction score (target: ≥ 90%).
• Vehicle defect reporting compliance (target: 100%).
• Accurate completion of delivery documentation.
• Safe operation of HIAB crane with zero incidents.
• Adherence to planned delivery routes and schedules.
