Are you a Logistics Coordinator looking for a role within a well‑established international trading business, based in London?

This 12-month maternity cover position plays a key role in coordinating logistics activity, working with international offices and ensuring goods are delivered in line with commercial and contractual requirements.

The company has been established for over 45 years and operates across more than 25 countries worldwide. With a strong culture of retention, a diverse London office and ambitious growth plans, they offer a professional and well supported working environment.

In this role, you will act as the internal forwarder for the group, managing shipments from booking through to delivery, negotiating freight rates, ensuring documentation compliance and liaising with logistics providers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

This role would suit a Logistics Coordinator who can step in quickly, manage shipments independently and support continuity across the logistics function.

• Coordinating international shipments
• Managing logistics operations and commercial files end to end
• Negotiating freight rates and working with third party logistics providers
• Liaising with international offices and internal departments

• Experience in logistics & shipping coordination
• Commercially minded with the ability to manage costs and priorities
• Available for a 12-month fixed term contract
