Raw Materials Chartering.

• Lead a team of 6 traders in AM Shipping.
• Fix vessels for cargo and cargo for vessels.
• Handle a volume of 75 million MT cargo trade.
• Secure market cargo and operate ships on spot as well as medium to long term.
• Prepare quarterly and annual freight budgets.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking for efficient freight management.
• Negotiate contract terms for both voyage and time charter parties.
• Show sound knowledge of all routes worldwide for dry cargo shipping.

• Degree preferably related to Maritime Industry.

• Good at mathematics.
• Negotiation skill.
• Sound knowledge of basic maritime contracts such as charter parties.
• Good commercial sense.
• Good broking skill.
• Team player, good leadership quality, good HR skill.
• Good connections with ship owners, cargo owners, and brokers.
• Entrepreneurial skill in addition to managerial skill.

• At least 10 years’ experience in dry cargo shipping at senior level.
• Extensive exposure to the dry cargo market for "Superamax" to capsized vessels.
• Good at voyage estimate.
• Familiar with latest decarbonization rules.
• Good at taking views on the world economy.

• Sound knowledge of English; ability to communicate in English.
