Overview
Drive Deliveroo food deliveries from Hammersmith or Ealing, West London. Works as a contract, full‑time position, where you set your own hours.
Key Responsibilities- Collect order details from the Deliveroo app and pick up food from partner restaurants.
- Deliver orders to customers safely and punctually.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the app.
- Handle payments, tips, and any customer inquiries.
- Adhere to all Deliveroo safety and quality standards.
- Valid scooter, bike, or car with up‑to‑date license and insurance.
- Smartphone running iOS 12 or Android 6+ with the Deliveroo app installed.
- Proof of right to work in the UK (self‑employed status).
- Age 18 or older.
- Strong customer service orientation and reliable communication.
- Competitive fee per delivery, plus tips from customers.
- Weekly payouts, with option to cash out daily through the app.
- Full insurance coverage for accidents while online – free of charge.
- Professional rider kit (helmet, jacket, etc.) at no cost.
