Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (rotating weekly)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and globally recognised organisation within the engineering and infrastructure sector. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in leading day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and adherence to health and safety standards while supporting the wider supply chain function.

• Managing a team of 4-5 warehouse operatives.
• Overseeing staff performance, handling employee issues and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and health & safety regulations.
• Picking and packing using handheld scanners.
• Loading and unloading lorries.
• Booking deliveries and coordinating logistics.
• Managing stock control and inventory accuracy.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Prior experience managing a small team (4-5 people).
• Valid counterbalance or reach truck licence.
