Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in inventory management, stock control and warehouse operations
, who can take ownership of stock accuracy and ensure all movements are properly recorded and documented.

• Manage and organise all warehouse stock efficiently and accurately..
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records..
• Accurately record all inbound, outbound and warehouse to store stock movements

• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate and resolve discrepancies..
• Prepare and maintain official warehouse, inventory and stock documentation..
• Use ERP and POS systems to record and monitor inventory movements..
• Coordinate stock transfers between the warehouse and retail store..
• Work closely with management and the store team to ensure stock requirements are met..
• Respond to stock-related requests and follow up promptly..
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional warehouse environment..
• Ensure all stock is stored, handled and transferred correctly..

• Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, warehouse operations or store keeping..
• Strong understanding of stock control procedures and inventory management..
• Experience using ERP and POS systems is essential..
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy..
• Strong organisational and time-management skills..
• Confident using Microsoft Office and Outlook/email professionally..
• Ability to identify stock discrepancies and take appropriate action..
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills..
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently..
• Ability to work effectively with management and wider store teams..
