About the RoleEHM London is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Garment Production Operative to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role that combines warehouse operations with garment preparation and branding. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop new skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack and label customer orders ready for dispatch.
- Prepare garments for printing and branding.
- Operate heat press machinery (full training provided).
- Apply logos, branding and customer‑specific artwork to garments.
- Assist with stock movement and warehouse organisation.
- Support general warehouse duties to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet customer requirements.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Can work accurately and pay attention to detail.
- Is comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Can manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has good communication skills.
- Previous warehouse or production experience is desirable but not essential.
- Full training on heat press equipment and garment branding processes.
