Receptionist – H&R Block
Location: Rogue River, OR
Compensation: $40,000.00-$56,000.00
Join H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist and help clients feel confident and supported. You will answer phones, greet clients, match them to the right tax professional, schedule appointments, and maintain a clean, welcoming office. Your daily work matters to more than thousands of families and you build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Scheduling clients in a way that meets their preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during the service, whether in person, on the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
