- Demonstrate strong people skills, excellent organization, and a robust understanding of technology and Microsoft Office.
- Exhibit strong leadership and mediation skills and maintain professionalism towards guests and staff alike.
- Support customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relations to encourage campers to return both in the short term and long term.
- Possess prior financial and budget experience as part of the role's requirements.
