Overview
Garrison's is seeking a Sales Associate with a focus on customer service in the Furniture industry. We value a positive, engaging work environment and strong teamwork.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers, understand needs, and present furniture solutions.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Learn product knowledge and the furniture industry to upsell appropriately.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Background in customer service; sales experience a plus.
- Resume available; ability to learn about furniture products.
- Weekend availability required.
$23 per hour during training (exempt from overtime). After training, compensation is $1600 bi-weekly plus commission.
