White Water Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, coach a team of 8-12, and step in for the GM when they are not onsite. You will focus on delivering a 5-star customer experience, manage daily tasks, and drive performance across safety, service, and sales.
The role requires 1–3 years in a leadership capacity in fast-paced settings; car wash experience is not required. Expect 45–50 hours per week with a base salary in the $47.5k–$55k range plus bonuses.
