Full-stack Engineer; Java, React, AWS

• Experience & Core Expertise: 5+ years of commercial software development, including 4+ years with Java & Spring Boot microservices, 2+ years with React & Type Script, and 2+ years working with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Cloud & Infrastructure:
  Hands-on AWS production experience (EKS, IAM, core networking, managed databases) along with Terraform for IaC.
• Kubernetes & Git Ops:
  Experience managing Kubernetes workloads using Helm and Git Ops tools (ArgoCD or Flux).
• Observability & Reliability:
  Setup and maintenance of Datadog or Prometheus/Grafana stacks, including defining SLOs and configuring alerting thresholds.
• CI/CD & Data Layer:
  Building CI/CD pipelines in Git Lab CI, alongside practical experience with Apache Kafka, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• AI-Augmented Engineering:
  Daily hands-on practice with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Git Hub Copilot, or similar) to accelerate delivery.

• Service & Tooling Development:
  Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and React-based internal tools with a primary focus on platform health and stability.
• Autoscaling & Performance:
  Transition infrastructure from manual scaling to automated patterns (Karpenter, KEDA, HPA) and tune overall service performance.
• Observability & Incident Preparedness:
  Refine SLOs, improve alert quality to reduce noise, shorten time-to-resolution, and participate in disaster recovery exercises.
• Quality & Operational Automation:
  Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines (static analysis, test coverage) and eliminate repetitive operational tasks.
