The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the delivery of clinical services in assigned programs in accordance with program guidelines. This position will supervise staff working in residential settings, Hope Houses (home like setting), Transitional Living and Shelter.

• Provides supervision to staff offering therapeutic services in the community, home setting, and home like setting (residential)
• Supervisor will provide supervision to professional and para-professional staff on therapeutic approaches with clients
• Reviews intake information of clients referred for services and distributes assignments equally amongst team
• Facilitates movement of cases in SDS from referral to open case records
• Ensures and maintains the appropriate staff-to-client ratios as outlined by the funding source, if applicable, appropriate to skill, client need, and quality services.
• Ensures adequate client contact is maintained in accordance with specific program guidelines and client needs.
• Supervisor will oversee multiple shifts for staff working in multiple settings (Hope Houses, Community, Residential)
• Ensures staff at all levels are closely monitoring child and client safety and are appropriately responsive to any situation posing a risk to, or by, a client
• Will ensure effective coordinating services (e.g., therapy, school supports, healthcare) for youth
• Oversees services being provided and guidance in therapeutic treatment
• Completes Weekly Supervision (Coaching for Success, CFS) with each staff
• Reviews all assessments, treatment plan, case notes and other required documents generated by staff and signs as appropriate

• MSW/MA degree
• 3 years of progressive responsibility related to social services and clinical license, or 5 years of progressive responsibility related to social services
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT if not licensed must be eligible
• Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and adaptive skills to expand software application skills as necessary
• Highly organized, yet flexible, and can handle multiple priorities/projects well; ability to manage tight deadlines
